About the game
Dungeon Master is the game that defined the real-time, first-person dungeon crawler. You choose four champions from the Hall of Champions and lead them down into the dungeon to recover the Firestaff for the wizard Theron. You cast spells by combining runes, and the monsters move and fight in real time. It was first released on the Atari ST in 1987 and became one of the most influential role-playing games ever made.
