About the game
Eric Chahi's Another World follows physicist Lester Chaykin, thrown into a hostile alien world when a lab experiment goes wrong. Captured and enslaved, he escapes with the help of a fellow prisoner and fights to survive. Its flat-shaded polygon graphics and cinematic cut-scenes, with no on-screen text at all, made it one of the most striking games of its era. It was developed in parallel on the Amiga and Atari ST, and was released in North America as Out of This World.
